Kelsey Shelton Smith Briggs Case Part 1

Kelsey was playing with a doll and she said baby not nice you in time out.  May 18 2005 Kelsey told her mother Raye Dawn Smith that Mikeal Porter hurt her head. Raye laughed and said  daddy mike did'nt hurt your head because you have not seen daddy mike. After Kelsey death mike's daughter said she saw mike throw  Kelsey into a brick wall head first. May 23 2005 Kathie Briggs was visting kelsey and lance called Kelsey was happy to talk to lance. She would laugh and kick her legs. May 27 2005 Lance call again kelsey told him she loved and she had gotten her cast off. May 3 2005 Kelsey had interview about who hurt her legs.  The worker asked Kelsey if anyone had hurt her she nodded yes but when they asked who she did'nt answer.  The worker asked if she knew what hurt meant she nodded yes and pointed toward her casts. The worker watch Kelsey   get a sad look on face when she who hurt you kelsey.  June 1 2005 Kelsey and Kathie where talking about feet and kelsey said daddy mike hurt my feet.

                 Kelsey feet where suppose to be twisted while at the zoo walking in flip flops.  The doctor knew Raye very well. Kathie took Kelsey to four other doctors they said it was child abuse. Kelsey Sprains where sprial breaks which is when they are forefully twisted.  This is a interview a fews months before Kelsey death. A are Raye own words.  These what was happening kelsey was throwing up and stuff. Raye said You sometimes there were a pan or a towel were she had thrown up or he had change her clothes. Her being Kelsey and He being Mike.  There were a few times.  Maybe less than ten times. Kelsey was only child that got sick in the house.  Mike's other children did not get sick in the
house.


                 Raye said that sometimes when mike would pick up Kelsey  would kick and yell.
The last few months Kelsey began to bite herself intill she bled  and have night terrors. This happen after she sent back home with her mother. On oct. 11 2005 Kelsey died because nobody would listen to her.
