Kelsey Shelton Smith Briggs Case Part 2

Kelsey suffered nine months of abuse. Abuse include  a broken collar bone, 2 broken legs, and bruises from head to toe. Oct. 11 2005 Kelsey died whilte at her mothers home Raye Dawn Smith. Kelsey 's baby toe nail had been ripped off , her lip was torn , and she blunt force trama to her pirvate parts. Kelsey's step fater Micheal Porter sentened to 30 years in prison. Raye Dawn Smith Mother was sentened to 27 years in prison the district attorney felt she knew or should have know about the abuse. Since Raye's convition sites have been lauch stating that Raye that innocent. In  process they have pushed kelsey aside.
                       Why don't any of sites said that Raye Dawn  and Gayla Smith that they watched Micheal Porter tape Kelsey eyes shut.These excerpts from Raye report. When Raye was asked what she wanted to do shewanted to to the people. Raye talked the people about marrying the wrong person 2 times.  Child Abuse killed her baby but all Raye was Raye herself. When a officer asked Raye doctors and DHS confirming Kelsey abuse. Raye said  it's easy to said shoulda , coulda, woulda but nobody cares what i was feeling  when i was trying to Kelsey back. I am sure Kelsey was wondering the same thing. Why does my mommy see someone is hurting me in my home?

                          Raye says people are useing Kelsey for there own personal gain.Raye says i have always felt like they were against me. Kelsey was kicked at her lowest. Kelsey was kicked so hard it killed her.

Date 1/08/05 broken collar bone in mother's home and care
Date 1/08/05 bruises   confirm abuse in mother's home and care .
Date3/24/05 bruise on nose and right knee inclosed head injury in mother's care and home.
Date 4/14/05  sprained ankle na bruises  at the zoo in care of mother s sister.
Date  4/15/05 bruiseing to thighs and and rib cage in house of mother friend  in mother's care.
Date 4/25/05 broken legs location unknow and time.
April 2005 18-21 in Kathie Briggs home and 21-25 Mother home.
Date 8/19/05 bruise on left cheek in home and care of mother .

Date 8/19/05 bruise on forehead , reddened area of eye in care and home of mother.
Date 8/23/05  not eating in home and care of mother.
Date 8/23/05  bruises left hip , left cheek , and jaw in care and home mother.
Date 9/2/05 Rub burns to the eye.

Kelsey was return to mother on 6/15/05 by Judge Key after stating Kelsey abuser was unknow. Because on Raye's selfness kelseywent form being a happy health little to a child with two broken legs,to a defeated child, to a angel in heaven.
Kelsey is and always be a victim.
